Saying Hello to Ease and Peace

We all tend to worry about things, some of them are small matters while others seem to be life decisions. Despite knowing that worrying won’t make the situation any better, we don’t know how to stop being tensed about things. However, if we master the art of dealing with worry smartly, each one of us can lead a life where our worries are at ease and our minds are at peace.

To deal with worry, the most important step is to learn to how to respond to it. In this workshop, we will learn how to address our worries, understand their cause, treat their symptoms, and uproot them effectively. With a 5-step program of

getting rid of worry, this workshop will help your feelings of anxiety and panic turn into thoughtfulness and enthusiasm, eventually leading to ease, peace and deep surrender to the Divine.

Inspired by Pujya Gurudevshri Rakeshbhai, founder of Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur, this workshop on ‘Wave Goodbye to Your Worries’ will give us a step by step routine to deal with worries effectively. Five proven and powerful

steps to bid farewell to worrying and welcoming ease and peace in every facet of our life.
