In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, SRMD Yoga Canada, in collaboration with the Consulate General of India, Toronto, invites you to a transformative morning of inner peace and physical revitalization. As we mark the 21-day countdown to the International Day of Yoga (IDY), we embrace the theme "Mindful May" to highlight the vital connection between a balanced mind and a healthy body.
Yoga and meditation are timeless tools for mental clarity, resilience, and emotional harmony. This event serves as a sanctuary to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner self amidst the beautiful surroundings of the University of Toronto, Mississauga.
Event Experience
Our program is designed to guide you through a complete spectrum of wellness:
- Dynamic Breathwork & Yoga (40 Minutes): Led by SRMD Yoga Canada, this session will focus on energizing the body and stabilizing the mind through powerful pranayama (breathwork) and intentional movement.
- Guided Meditation (20 Minutes): Following the yoga flow, the Heartfulness organization will lead a serene guided meditation session, helping you cultivate deep stillness and heart-centered awareness.
