Ever felt like you’re doing everything right… but still don’t feel at peace?

Still seeking validation, comparison, or a sense of “I did this”?

Let Go of Ego is a reflective meeting that invites you to pause, look within, and understand what truly blocks inner peace.

We often believe that knowledge, effort, or even spiritual practices will lead to growth—but if the feeling of “I am doing” remains, ego quietly strengthens. This meeting explores how ego, formed through habits, conditioning, and past impressions, keeps us disconnected from our true nature—inspired by the wisdom of Pujya Gurudevshri.

  • Ego shows up as doership: “I did it”, “I achieved it”
  • It seeks validation, comparison, and importance
  • It takes credit for success but resists accepting failure
  • Even good actions or spiritual practices can reinforce ego if the “I” remains

Through reflection and insight, this session explores a deeper shift:

  • Not just doing more, but understanding who the “doer” is
  • Moving from control → to surrender
  • From claiming → to witnessing

When ego begins to dissolve:

  • Humility becomes natural
  • Love becomes inclusive
  • Peace arises without effort

True change does not come from actions alone—

it happens in moments where the “I” softens and steps aside.

This is not about removing ego forcefully.

It is about seeing it clearly—and letting go.
